The “Cultirapid NXT” ma/ag is a combined equipment for working the soil, preparing the seedbed and it is intended for the use on no-till ground according to the techniques of minimum tillage. The equipment is made up of a single main frame with a mono-beam structure on which all the working elements are placed.
1) The front disc is equipped with toothed convex discs with inclination adjustment in different positions. The discs cut the soil and the crop residue, stirring it on the surface.
2) The intermediate disc is equipped with toothed convex discs with inclination adjustment in different positions. These discs mix the previously cut soil on the surface.
3) The rear decompactor is equipped with curved Michel-type anchors mounted on an independent frame with hydraulic adjustment of the working depth. The anchors operate the deeper breaking of the soil. A special feature of the “NXT” version is the possibility to exclude or not the anchors during working.
4) The refinement of the soil is entrusted to the double star /wavy self-cleaning disc.This is made up of discs with a particular “star” shape which, combined with wavy discs, guarantee the leveling of the ground worked by the anchors.
5) The equipment ends with a ring roller, which can be replaced with other types: Cage, Paker or Compact roll. The roller completes the refinement action and settles the soil. The particular arrangement of the working parts allows a perfect mixing of the soil, an optimal work surface. The high working speed (10/20 Km/h) allows to reduce the working costs with high hourly output (4/7 ha/h). The working depth of the anchors is 15/30 cm (max), while the working depth of the discs and the star unit is 5/15 cm. The equipment is available in the version with a hydraulically foldable towed frame to 2.55 m for road transport. The working width varies from 3.20 m to 6.00 m, for a required power from 300 to 500 HP.
