The TBE (in the figure) and TBE-S series 10 by Nobili are offset mulchers with parallelogram arm. Ideal for the maintenance of the landscape, embankments as well as green areas. Equipped with the main characteristics of their bigger sisters TBE and TBE-S series 102 – already available on the market – i.e. the high-resistance frame; the double hood; the double counter-knife; the skids made of Hardox and the kinematics of the cutting head with working angles from -65° to +90°. The offset, which is larger by the TBE-S models because of the gearbox fitted outside the frame, allows to achieve a more homogenous shredding as the vegetation is not pressed by the tractor. Mulchers are suitable for tractors from 60 to 110 HP and standard equipped with a mechanical anti-shock system composed by a tilted link-rod against the impacts at work. Available with the working widths of 160, 190, as well as 220 cm.
The mulchers BC series 1000 have been developed to meet the customers’ needs of shredding crop residues on open fields. Their target is demanding customers who need a solution to agronomic problems like the European corn borer – requiring a finer shredding – but at the same time ensuring a high productivity and reduced maintenance costs. Designed with a high-body profile frame made of high-resistance steel and equipped with a wear and tear metal sheet as well as a double counter-knife. While working, they are supported by both roller and wheels. Realized for professional purposes, the machines are equipped with specific mechanical features allowing many hours of work with tractors from 90 to 350 HP. Available with working widths from 240 to 450 cm as rear-mount version. Available with working widths from 280 to 320 cm as reversible version for tractors with both front- and rear-mount.
