The new headquarters of TVZ Ltd. is located in Carpenedolo, Brescia district (Italy).
The new headquarters of TVZ Ltd. is located over an area of 20.000 square meters in a covered area of 7.000 square meters, with an office building, where are joined the offices of planning, logistics, administration, sales and marketing. The production area, equipped with the latest technology, both from the point of view of production and safety, has been greatly enhanced over the previous system – which is spread over an area of 2.300 square meters – introducing new CNC machines for the production of bodies axle, doubling the number of semiautomated lines for the construction and assembly of fixed axles and steering axles, introducing in the production flow a new machine for the assembly of the suspension type: bogie, tandem and tridem which guarantees a perfect wheel alignment and a perfect convergence of the system. The axles and suspension systems designed and produced at the TVZ Lt. headquarters in Brescia are used in agriculture and industry, not only on the Italian market – where the company is particularly strong – but also on the European market, which has always looking for innovative products and quality, and in Eastern Europe and North Africa increasingly growing. The research and experimentation on the markets and the constant updating of production processes makes each TVZ product a faithful and helpful working partner for both farmers and transporters. TVZ is synonymous of flexibility and “just in time” delivery is its strength.
